Planning Board

Planning Board meets the First and Third Wednesdays of the month at 5pm in the Town Hall meeting room.

Meetings can be cancelled if there is no business to come before the Planning Board.

Permit Applications can be picked up at the Greenville Code Enforcement Office Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. In order to provide adequate time for Planning Board review, applications for Subdivisions and Conditional Use permits, and revisions of previously submitted applications, must be completed and timestamped by the Code Enforcement Officer a minimum of three weeks before the next Planning Board meeting. Please note that the Planning Board meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. If an application is not timestamped three weeks prior to the second or fourth Monday meeting, review of the application may be moved to the next scheduled Planning Board meeting

Please call the Greenville Code Enforcement Office for Planning Board information.
